At CDCI we view our subcontractors and suppliers as "construction partners." It is our job to put you in position to be successful on our projects, because we know that your success is a pivotal part of our own success. It is our job to be pro-active, addressing any issues as a team and solving them quickly and effectively to ensure that the project comes in on-time and on-budget. This has been a mainstay of our previous successes, and will continue to be a foundation of our future work.

Subcontractors

CDCI is committed to developing and maintaining substantial opportunity and participation for minority, women and disabled veterans business enterprises. Our team is committed to working with qualified and capable minority and disadvantaged subcontractors and suppliers whenever possible. We also work with these contractors to bid the projects within their experience level. As their experience grows, we work with them to bid the more difficult projects. While we use DBE searches to maintain and update our listings, we strongly encourage direct registration with CDCI to ensure they receive opportunity notifications.
