CDCI’s Scope of Work includes the following: Site Clearing and Grubbing, Site Earthwork Operations, Storm Drainage Installation, Domestic and Fire Water Installation, Sanitary Sewer Installation, Curb and Gutter Installation and Base Stone Placement for the Building Pads and Parking Lots. CDCI is under contract and working for the Construction Manager H and M Construction, who is located in Jackson, TN. The 20 million dollar site package is scheduled to be completed by the Spring of 2012. |
