WCWD Awards Charles DeWeese Construction, Inc. $7.3 Million Contract
Charles DeWeese Construction, Inc. has been awarded a $7,343,514.00 contract for the construction of North Warren Water & Wastewater System Improvements of approximately 80,000 linear feet water main and two water pumping stations in Warren County by the Warren County Water District. This contract consists of Louisville Road Pump Station, Hays Pump Station and water/wastewater pipe lines from Louisville Rd, Bowling Green ending at Hwy 68&80 in Oakland.
State to Extend Pennyrille
The Kentucky Department of Highways has awarded a contract to link I-24 to the existing Breathitt Pennyrile Parkway allowing southbound motorists to stop using U.S. 41-Alternate. Charles Deweese Construction, Inc. will begin the 5M Earthwork and Storm Drainage portion of the project starting in early 2009.
